While other training organizations were focusing on "What to do once you get in", Dialexis realized that the "Real Problem" facing sales people was "How To Get In!" Salespeople can't sell what you want them to sell if they can't get in. For 15 years, Dialexis relentlessly pursued professional strategies that would provide salespeople with the "key techniques" necessary for making C-Level Contact while making fewer initial calls. We knew that if we were successful, we would have a differentiation that would jolt the selling world.
As a result of our relentless pursuit to solve that problem, Dialexis discovered what seemed to be the answer. It wasn't easy. It took risk, skill, experience and a little luck, but we found a surprisingly successful combination of techniques that appeared to really work.
In order to verify our discovery, Dialexis needed to field test the strategy with a multitude of corporations throughout the U.S. and more importantly, maintain a database of successful evidence. As a result, Dialexis conducted over 3,000 live sales calls (telephone and in person) throughout key markets in the United States and Europe with a multitude of industries.
The results were astounding, organizations involved in the program professionally penetrated gatekeeper blockades in the high range of 80% to 90% of every call made. We knew then we really had something. We literally discovered techniques that would create first call access when making live contact on the street or the telephone. The most exciting part was when combined with accountability a measurable ROI in the range of 200% to 2000% was achieved in as little as 12-weeks from program inception. The SOAR (Surge Of Accelerating Revenue) program was born.
