Train the Trainer

Dialexis has established one of the most powerful sales Train The Trainer new business development programs in the United States. Organizations such as Xerox® and Corporate Express have discovered the SOAR Train The Trainer methodology and implemented it to improve results with field sales teams. Certification for becoming a corporate SOAR trainer is rigorous. Delivery of the SOAR strategy requires multiple training days with field approval of results by a master Dialexis trainer.

Once the corporate trainer has been certified they will become a powerful force within their organization. The process for becoming a Certified Dialexis / SOAR trainer requires the following 4 steps:
  1. Attend a 2-day SOAR program as a participant (USA open location)
  2. Complete 3 rigorous days learning the psychology and mechanics of the SOAR material and delivery components (Dialexis corporate)
  3. Deliver a portion of a 2 or 3 day program in the field with a Dialexis Certified master instructor (Open USA location)
  4. Deliver a 2 or 3 day program in the field - solo (Open USA location)
  5. Obtain necessary objective and subjective results during final delivery
  6. Agree to annual re-certification requirements (Open USA location)
