A: 2 days of instructor led curriculum and 3 Months of hands on coaching

Q: What is the price of the Transitions program?
A: $1,400 which includes the instructor led segment and 3 Months of Coaching

Q: How can you complete the primary curriculum in as little as 2 days?
A: The program is very intense, each day is long and challenging and the material delivered has been boiled down to reflect only real world information. Post program questions and challenges are handled though coaching with a Dialexis/Transitions advisor for a period of 3 Months.

Q: Where will the program be held?
A: The location will be announced 2 weeks prior to the training since it is based upon enrollment numbers.

Q: What are the qualifications of the Transitions trainers?
A: Much of the Transitions material is taken from what our lead trainer has been hired to instruct Fortune 500 Companies throughout the United States and Western Europe. The material has been altered so as to relate to those seeking employment or career changes.

Q: Since I am a college student why wouldn't I simply use the University Career Center?
A: 80% of the Transitions curriculum is unique and is not found at University Career Centers.

Q: Did Dialexis develop the curriculum?
A: Absolutely, Transitions is a spin off of what our lead trainer has developed from experience and subsequently delivered to Fortune 500 Companies throughout the United States and Western Europe. The material has been altered to relate to those seeking employment or career changes.

Q: Are attendees guaranteed job placement following the program?
A: No one can guarantee job placement, even after spending 4 years and $100,000 at a University job placement is not guaranteed, however Transitions dramatically improves employment odds.

Q: Why not use Monster, Career Builder or networking to get interviews?
A: You can, but it may take considerably longer to get the interviews, with Transitions you are trained in detail how to contact potential employers immediately following the program and take your employment into your own hands!

Q: Once I use the Transitions approach and reach a company direct will the Transitions help me know what to say?
A: Absolutely, you will learn exactly what to say on the telephone that can generate interviews!

Q: What if I don't like the course or for some reason I can't complete the 2 days?
A: Transitions is risk free, in the event you leave before completing the program you can return to complete where you left off or apply your pro-rated fee to another Dialexis program.
