What are the steps to get started?
Review the Dialexis website and consider reading SOAR Selling & The Canoe Theory; available on Amazon or directly on the Dialexis website.
Do I need a website?
You will be able to link to the Dialexis website. If you have a website, you can add Dialexis offerings.
What setup do I need at my location?
Standard professional office configuration.
How do I gain product knowledge of the Dialexis offerings?
A Dialexis On-boarding Coach is available to support you during this process. There is also online support material that describes all of the Dialexis offerings in depth. As a Dialexis partner, you will also be provided full access to SOAR Online.
Is there face-to-face training available?
Yes. Attending our initial 3-day on-boarding training session in Orange County, CA is required. You may also attend a live SOAR Training instructed by a SOAR Certified-Master Trainer. Locations vary.
Would I be responsible for billing, contracts and collections?
No, it is all handled through Dialexis directly.
What ongoing support can I expect from Dialexis?
Dialexis provides you with your specific Onboarding Coach as well as an Administrative Coach.
When I find an opportunity what steps would I take?
Initially, you would contact your Dialexis Coach until you feel comfortable handling the process entirely on your own.
Will I be given leads? If not, how do I find business?
You generate your own leads either from your connections, within your network or vertical market or by pursuing opportunities outside of your network as well.
What do I say when I discover a candidate for SOAR Selling?
As part of your initial on-boarding, you will be trained in all aspects of this process.
How do commissions work?
All commissions will be discussed during your initial on-boarding training.
What can I earn my first year?
Your income is directly related to how much time you invest and how committed you are. We anticipate a committed Principal Consultant can earn a six figure income in the first year.
How long will it take to find, get and close my first opportunity?
It is totally dependant on your commitment to sales force effectiveness, but it usually takes anywhere from three to five months.
How many cold calls do you recommend making in a day?
The Dialexis approach recommends “Strategic Calling,” not cold calling while you pursue your network, business connections, existing client base and opportunities that extend beyond your existing network. You will be trained on the SOAR Selling process, which will provide you with an effective and ethical approach for building your client base.
How robust is the growth in the training industry?
According to Forbes, the online learning industry is poised for $107 billion for 2019, while market research firm IBISWorld reported that corporate training programs are a $5 billion industry in the US alone.
